Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

If CoverMyCamera is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will help you request a refund through Paddle, our merchant of record.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@covermycamera.app with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle receipt or transaction ID. Paddle may also provide refund support directly from your receipt.

Refund Effects

When a purchase is refunded, the related CoverMyCamera license may be deactivated and future activations may be blocked.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
