1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of CoverMyCamera, a macOS privacy utility for controlling supported built-in camera and microphone behavior on your Mac. By buying, downloading, installing, or using CoverMyCamera, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use CoverMyCamera for the current major version. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be waived.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle may handle checkout, tax calculation, receipts, refunds, and payment support. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

4. Supported Use

CoverMyCamera is designed for supported macOS versions and supported built-in Apple camera and microphone configurations. Compatibility may vary by hardware, macOS version, system permissions, and future Apple platform changes.

5. No Warranty

CoverMyCamera is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoverMyCamera and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a purchase is refunded, the associated license may be revoked.
